Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Talkative Media, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, strategic marketing and social media management services. Because our services involve immediate resource allocation, strategic planning, and creative labor, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

1. No Refund Principle

• All Sales Are Final: All payments made to Talkative Media for services, including but not limited to Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Consultations, are non-refundable.
  

• Work Commenced: Once the onboarding process has begun or creative work has been initiated, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including change of mind or business pivots.
  

2. Service Satisfaction & Revisions

While we do not offer money-back refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction.

• We offer a set number of revisions (as specified in your individual Service Agreement) to ensure the deliverables align with your brand’s goals.

• Any concerns regarding the quality of work must be raised within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.
  

3. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

• For monthly retainer services, clients may cancel their subscription by providing [ 30 days] written notice via email.
  

• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the services through the end of your final paid billing period.
  

4. One-Time Fees

Any one-time fees, such as account setup fees, social media audits, or strategy development sessions, are strictly non-refundable as these are delivered upfront.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Talkative Media reserves the sole right to offer a partial credit or refund in extreme, documented cases of technical failure on our end that prevents the delivery of service. This is at the absolute discretion of Talkative Media management.
